Strange that he's missing a finger on his right hand. One because Altair fixed the design for the Hidden Blade to not require the chopping off a ring finger in like the 1200s and Two because it's his ring finger on his right hand when its would be his left if all Assassin branches followed the same traditions.
shareMaybe his hidden blades has the different mechanism, where they gets out as soon as he bends the ring finger of his right hand? Then his finger might be just bended, not cut.

Maybe except his other hand has all 5 fingers and the blade is out. I guess the Spanish Assassins could still remove the ring finger instead of doing the branding that the Italian Assassins did or Aguilar might have gotten caught by the Templars and they removed it for torture.
It's not really a big deal just something I noticed that seemed off. I'm sure it'll be explained in story.
I have faith that there's a good enough explanation in the writing :).
shareplus he has a blade on his other hand and all fingers are intact there. its not removed for function at that point
DAMN
