Anyone have any opening weekend box office predictions? We don't know what the theater count will be, but just a first, rough pass...

What about RT score? Any predictions there?

I'm going to go with $55M at this point, putting it in 3rd place for the weekend behind SW RO and Sing. Yes, beating Passengers may be an optimistic long shot. We'll see how their marketing plays out over the next 3 weeks.

As for RT score, I'm thinking 55-65% range. So, not a total stinker, but not stellar either.

These are just my personal guesses

Rotten Tomatoes: 77 - 86%

Opening weekend: 45 million

World Wide Box Office: Assuming it has my predicted RT score, then I'd say around 600 - 700 million, if the reviews are bad it will probably be around 400 - 500 million mainly because of the huge fan base of gamers.

I predict that if the line "Welcome to the Spanish Inquisition" is kept in the film, there will be someone at every showing who yells "NOBODY EXPECTS THE SPANISH INQUISITION!" :p
