PG-13 argument..

The Lord of the Rings movies were rated PG-13, so I don't really agree with your argument that it NEEDS to be something more gory. It's stupid to say that the lower the rating of the movie that it will make the movie worse. It's false.

This is a signature. Just wanted to point that out.

Thank God that people like you exist. I grow so tired of people saying pg13 is a bad thing.

reply

LOL I know right. Naysayers will look for any excuse to discredit and put down something if they don't really care about it.

The fact is, if the movie is good, it's good. A rating won't change how good the story, acting, and direction is.

reply

This shouldn't even be an argument imo... PG13 is fine. It's up to the filmmakers to include violence and it's up to them to give it the appropriate impact.

OP is a PG13 loving moron, he liked Die Hard 4 better than the first one.

reply

Still nothing wrong with pg-13

reply

Another PG13 loving moron, this movie is based on a MATURE rated game AKA R RATED

Dumbass pg13 loving girly man

reply

The only thing you see in the games is a tiny ass bloodspurt you hardly can call that R-rated material.

reply

It would've worked better as a tv-ma HBO action/adventure show, it just seems like it's MEANT to be a tv series

reply

Assassin's Creed is an action-adventure game series aimed at adults, made by adults and for adults. The games feature lots of titties and gore, which is only a small part of what makes them so awesome. The PG-13 negates these completely which means we'll get a boring parkour film with bad CGI and bloodless stabbing. That's another thing; bloodless stabbing. If you stab someone or cut some one's throaty like these assassins are seen doing, there will always be blood. It makes no sense for knives just used for stabbing to come out of an entry wound completely clean. This applies to all PG-13 stabbings, except it's even more upsetting in this instance that this film got a PG-13 rating because kids shouldn't be playing the Assassin's Creed games, they're for adults. Therefore, making it PG-13 is a stupid idea.

reply

There is no gore in AC only a tiny ass bloodspurt. There is also no nudity in the AC games.

Pg13 is *beep* fine.

Lies and denial to the point that I'm beginning to think you're somehow involved in the outcome of the movie. You're like Samuel Jackson saying that the 1987 RoboCop would be PG by today's standards. Just stop.

reply

No lies no Denial. The only thing you see in the games is a tiny ass bloodspurt and nothing more no gore no tits and that's a fact

reply

Stop your lying. No matter how many times you repeat your nonsense, it doesn't make it true.

reply

Oh, the irony...

reply

One more time, in the games you see no nudity no tits no gore no guts only a tiny ass bloodspurt

If you played te games you would know that.

reply

What do you have those blatant lies copy and pasted by now? Pathetic.

What I say is not a lie

The Lord of the Rings has nothing to do with Assassin's Creed. To try justify one with the other is a facile comparison. It depends on the movie. Something like... Apollo 13 was perfect as a PG movie and an R rating wouldn't have added a whole lot to it. But Assassin's Creed warrants an R rating. It's age restricted content for a reason.

reply

Amen to that. As long as the movie is good, the rating doesn't matter.
