Editing is what killed this movie
I mean seriously - the never ending cuts forth and back between the characters and the mess what the fighting sequences were turned into. Maybe I'm just getting way too old for the modern action movies, especially when they are based on another modern action role playing game, but this director seemed straight out of Michael Bay school of filming techniques, and I've endured my own fair share of mess from that hack director. The super fast editing and stilted dialogue made this movie impossible to get into and two great actors Fassbender and Cotillard were completely wasted here...shame
