as a non-gamer review

I really enjoyed it, not boring for a minute and the storyline, although not perfect, is moving pretty smoothly throughout the whole movie.
I honestly don't understand the complains about the movie being too confusing. I have't played the games before, and the story was very clear if you pay attention to all the details.
I absolutely loved the fighting scenes and all the medieval part, and also the present-day story was handled quite well.
Someone who does not like this genre at all shouldn't expect much from it, and those who do - just come open-minded and ready for good entertainment, no need to take everything too seriously and look for logic in everything - this is sci-fi after all.
I do have some thoughts i'd be happy to hear opinions on:
What do you guys think about Sofia's fate? She sees herself as an assassin in the last vision at the Anymos, does that mean she's going to join the Assassin's Creed, or maybe she is even connected by blood? (Adopted)?
The present-day Templars were speaking about destroying the creed, does that mean there are more still out there?

I agree, I'm not a gamer but I enjoyed the movie too. I did watch a few interviews on YouTube of Michael Fassbender promoting it though to get a better idea of what it was about. I did only go see it as a Fassbender fan but yeah the storyline was interesting and it was not at all boring. No please in some people.
