Sure looks like it from the poster. Wyatt Earp & Doc Holliday take over from Sherlock Holmes & Dr. Watson.

They used guns in the first two films and that artwork uses the style of art used in the credits for the second film.
But it isn’t an official poster for the third one. A third film hasn’t been announced yet.
I'm happy to see it shows Holmes holding the pistol with the traditional, one-handed grip that worked just fine for a couple of centuries until somebody decided we needed to hold handguns with both hands. I've shot both ways, and the one-handed style is just as accurate. It also allows you to turn your body more sideways to present a narrower target. I won't even go into the idiotic-looking gangsta-style sideways gun that's seen so often in movies.
