Your arguement fails in few points.
1. An actor's job is to act. They are not there to play themselves, but to take on a character that was written by a playwriter. Alexis is not a nobleman/soldier in love with Beatrice. That is the fictional Bendidict and that is important to keep in mind. Benedict is a hetrosexual male in love with Betrice, Alexis plays him, he is not him. If you can't differentiate between an actor and the roles that actor plays, you seriously have a big problem.
2. Alexis Denisof is married to Alyson Hanigan. They have been married for years and have children together. This tells me that he is not homosexual, but even if he was bi-sexual he would still be married to Alyson Hannigan.
3. A person's sexuality is their business, none of yours.
4. Alexis Denisof does have a career, this film rather proves that. Also he is going to be in the next Avengers movie.
5. Being 'gay' does not prevent someone from being successful in acting. If you don't believe me ask Ian McKellan.
6. You sound very much like you would like Alexis Denisof to be gay for your own reasons. Unfortunately I think you are on a hiding to nothing. He has a wife and family, I don't think he is looking for a side piece. If you are not attracted to him, my apologies, if you are...get over it.
