What's wrong with the baby ??

I know it's 5 weeks premature, but the doctor said they had her on oxygen just to "help" her breathe, as opposed to "keep her alive", and IV nutrition - sounds more like routine help for a premie - so why is the baby not moving at all, or making any noise ? I've seen premies more than 5 weeks premature, and they all moved or made jerking type movements, & made noises - also, their little mouths would move, too, making kissing gestures or opening & closing their mouths - that is, unless they were severely premature & on many life support type tubes & IV's - I understand if they couldn't get a real baby for the baby scenes, but this baby looks so fake & is so still, that it detracts from the movie - it would have been better if they didn't show the baby at all
