What happened to the grandma
Not sure if this was discussed before, but i feel like she has been absent from the past couple of episodes. They just mention her. Did they edit her out of the show?
shareThe last time she was on was the baby shower episode. It's a shame that the writers think the only possible stories for her have to center around some ham-handed romance! That's so 1950s. She's a lifelong realtor and with a little ingenuity they could have plenty of fun with that, the way the Modern Family writers do with Phil's realtor character. In fact, they now have Cam & Claire collaborating on 'flipping' a house as well.
Barkin added a welcome edge and generational diversity to a cast that is otherwise all young and generally sweet, despite Bryan's occasional barbed remarks.
