Not progressive enough
I hated that they got all "omg boys are SO different from girls" in the episode were they got to know the baby's gender. Gender stereotyping much? I would expect more from a show revolving gay parents than that, but I guess they don't have the guts to be progressive at all. And the fact that they didn't for one second think about their own experience with being a different boy and lead that to reflections on how there is no "one right way" to being a boy... Really dissapointed.
