Did anyone see a face in the clouds?

I sure as hell didn't. And even so, you can often find shapes in clouds. All you need for a "face" are 3 dots or blobs. I saw nothing here when it was supposed to appear. Nor did that filmmakers point it out to us like they did with some other things in the movie. That makes me think they didn't see it either.

Dude, i paused the movie on that frame and looked for the damn face for like 5 minutes thinking that my dumbass was missing it but no, THERE'S NO FREAKIN FACE ANYWHERE in the clouds

Could the stupid narrator at least circle where he thinks he see a movie?

My god this thing was horrible

You've had your whole *beep* life to think things over!

reply

WTF, did you put the photo yourself? cause i saw it right away in that image you posted

reply

In the film the scene looks NOTHING like that picture you just posted. There is a single part of the cloud that looks like Kubrick's eye but otherwise this is entirely BS.

reply

Correct. Someone put the picture in there. When you remove it you can sort of make out a similar figure, but it is indeed BS. Just like this entire documentary was. I got it from here:

I saw what looked like his face in the upper right but it was there the whole clip, not just briefly. I think the guy forgot where it was, couldn't see it and just backpedaled.

reply

I saw a face - but I am good at seeing stuff like that!
If Stanley Kubrick had wanted there to be a face in the cloud, he would have done a far better job than that.

Lol, I specifically came here to see if anyone could see it. I'm watching it right now. This guy is ridiculous, between this and the 'paper tray' hard on I'm having a hard time (no pun intended) taken this seriously anymore.

I enjoyed Weidner's insights into 2001: A Space Odyssey and think there is some validity to them, but I didn't see a face and find it extremely hard to believe it's there.

Look at this image of Kubrick

Now look at this picture.

Follow the road with your eyes to where it disappears, starting to bend to the right. Now go directly up past the mountain point, past the wide clouds behind the mountain, past the gap of sky, and the rightmost portion of that cloud definitely resembles a Kubrick face, intentional or not, it can be seen.

I didn't see or follow half of what any of the interviewees were talking about. I was thinking to myself, have I recently gone brain dead, or does this even make sense? Most of it was just paranoid rambling. The film totally lost me once that guy started talking about the can of baking powder... Then I was just plain weirded out when the film spent 15-20 minutes over-analyzing a bunch of continuity errors....

I didn't see crap, and the speaker said they were going to super-impose the pic so we could see it. Did they forget to do that? B.S.
