Really strange that the film can present so many different ideas, showcase the ideas in an interesting well-edited form... yet it's horrible. The idea that anyone can say that all these things are mere coincidence is pathetic in my opinion, if you really think that all these people are just looking for stuff that isn't there... I feel sorry for you. I admit some of it goes too far and gets a bit ridiculous (the ski poster that the woman claims is a minotaur), but at the same time her observations and theories all hold quite a bit of water.
It's not coincidence. Art is made by people who have particular interests and sometimes those interests can't help but bleed onto their metaphorical canvasses. Now whether these choices are conscious and whether there was a clear intent to communicate a hidden message is another matter entirely. The problem with this film is that the speakers almost to a person speak in a hard to listen to monotone.
