Just like any great 2am film discussion
I rather enjoyed this film. While I’m not a massive fan of Kubrick (*ducks*), I have always found his films to impressive productions, and to be obvious landmarks in cinema history.
What is really impressive about Room 237 is how it manages to get to the heart of every great film conversation you’ve ever had with your friends at two in the morning, after a countless number of beers. What did that bit mean? Is there a message here, or is it just a continuity error? Or, I bet this film is actually a metaphor for the Second World War!
