I Disagree About Bill (the dark haired gentleman in the interview scene)
They selected shots of Jack's interview scene to make Bill seem like he was unfriendly, mysterious and slightly sinister. When you watch the full scene, Bill is friendly to Jack and smiles repeatedly during the interview. The only time he looks grim and serious is when the gruesome story about Grady killing his family is recounted.
