I don't know if it particularly aggravates people, I think people just find a lot of the theories presented to be preposterous; which was kind of the point.
shareMaybe because it could have been more. I'm sure there are so many more theories out there regarding this film that actually have a bit of evidence behind it or are intriguing. I find it more like a disappointing and boring documentary. I can see that people say it's more about the obsessions, yet to me it wasn't presented this way. People may have expected an actual thought provoking film with interesting theories instead of the people that were in the film, really bringing up nothing of substance. There were a couple of interesting things brought up (but were not followed through) but more than that were nothing. That is just my opinion. It can be done much better than this.

Not continuity errors that are strung together in an unbearable long drawn out and boring fashion, culminating in ludicrous conclusions. share
Because it's crap....or maybe in 20 years they will look at it and find that the narrators have personal agendas and make a documentary about that.

Personally speaking, because it's essentially a lot of pseudo-intellectual ramblings from some random self-appointed commentators - DESPERATE to point out how clever they are - as a series of vine-length clips pile up over a horribly obtrusive soundtrack.
Watching this documentary was like trying to watch TV in a bar with someone changing the channel every five seconds, while the jukebox plays an obscure jazz-rock album and a bunch of hipsters bleat on interminably about some film they've just seen at the local cinema.
I was genuinely looking forward to watching this but honestly, there are videos on YouTube with more sophistication and depth.
But that's just my opinion.
