How to watch
On my Netflix the second season is before the first is that how it's supposed to be watched?

Season 1 comes before Season 2.
If you want a real answer I suggest you start with ep. 2 or 3. The first is wuite vulgar and very VERY dark humour. I can imagine it putti g some people off the show. But if you watch the others first (which are both great IMO) you'll have a better feel for the series and the themes it explores. Then ep.1 won't be such a shock.
I'm with you there. I watched white Christmas first because it's the only episode on Canadian Netflix and loved it so went and found the other episodes. The first episode was so gross and disturbing it seemed like a completely different show. I almost gave up on the series right there but thought I'd check episode 2. The rest is all good but that one was a bit far for me.
