Yeah, she is now happily free from giving a s**t. Imagine a world where you had to be nice to people or else be penalized from getting apartments, rental cars, etc. That whole scene with the airline clerk was too close for comfort. I've had similar experiences where one slip and they're all over you. The "Anti Profanity" nonsense has gone too far. People swear! Get over it.
I assumed he was her co worker too - they seemed somewhat familiar with each other and yes, his ratings were falling. But I guess he could have been a different person.
