San Junipero filming location ?

there's a scene on the beach where there overlooking the town from a distance
the town looks real, reminded me of possibly an island in the canaries, and the quagmire disco place from a distance, a desalination plant or cement works.
all fake perhaps, any ideas

San Junipero had to be one of my favorite episodes, the location, the music, I found everything about the episode quite gripping.
