Did anyone notice...

***My apologies in advance if this has already been mentioned in another post***

The two Easter eggs in "Shut Up and Dance"? During the fallout montage of the Hackers exposing everyone, the POV screenshot from the racist CEO's computer shows an article on a news site exposing her racist email exchanges. But, if you look to the right side of her screen there's a couple other current news links you can click on. One, is about Prime Minister Michael Callow in midst of a divorce. Michael Callow of course being the character from the "National Anthem" episode in season one. The second easter egg is a link to an article for the latest on the Victoria Spillane trial. She of course being the main character in the "White Bear" episode in season 2. Pretty cool little nods to previous episodes. I guess some of CB's stories take place in one universe, if not all. Perhaps some are just during different time periods.

You should check out this article which uses the easter eggs to form a possible timeline: http://screencrush.com/black-mirror-easter-eggs-theory/

I think they are trying to show that this is all in the same universe. In "White Christmas" You see stuff from 15 million merits on TV. Abby from 15 Million merits is on a billboard in Waldo. The train crash that killed the ex girlfriend in White Christmas is talked about in at least 2 other episodes. I think that's also why they put the same song into at least one episode of each season. The stuff you mentioned. White bear gets mentioned a couple of times as well.

You're absolutely right. This is clearly all one universe. I didn't even catch all those other easter eggs. Gonna go back and watch some of these episodes. Thanks for the input!!

You missed an Easter egg!

The fictional sci-fi show "Sea of Tranquility" that's highlighted with its fans going to a con in a scene from "Nosedive" was originally established in "The National Anthem". When they bring in a special effects specialist to see if he can map the PM's head onto someone else's body he says that he won an award for special effects working on "Sea of Tranquility".
