I've just seen the first season, but they really need to make an episode

about texting.

Man is it convenient, but there also so many terrible things about it. It's so easy to mistake what people say, you never know if someone got your text, not to mention it's distracting as hell. Please tell me there is an episode about it.

No, there hasn't been an episode about texting the way you mean it.
"Shut Up and dance" that the other commenter mentioned is about something else entirely.

The protagonists are texted at the whole way through. Although it's not really about miscommunication though I guess.
