I understand most of the title meanings in the new season except "Shut Up and Dance" and "Men Against Fire". Can somebody shed some light?

shut up and dance i believe was referring to how the people were being controlled, like keep your mouth shut and follow the orders you are given. in lighter terms, "shut up and dance". though i could be wrong.

Right, so we've had three seasons of this show, and it's become clear that certain episodes are connected to other episodes in certain ways. Assuming that every episode takes place in one universe, what do you reckon the chronology would be?
-Hated in the Nation has a reference to the case in White Bear, so hated in the nation comes after the other.
-Actress Hannah John-Kamen has appeared in two episodes: 15 Million Merits (S01E02) and Playtest (S03E02). My theory for this is that she's a cookie in S01E02. This would mean that the White Christmas special would most likely come before 15 Million Merits, as there isn't any societies or groups shown in the Christmas special.
Any other points?
