I think that there will be a sequel to 'Hated In The Nation'

That's why the ending was so weird and abrupt, because Brooker is planning a sequel to it in the next series or series after.

did not feel any more weird or abrupt to me than Men Against Fire.

I mean it doesn't feel as final. Men Against Fire may have had an odd ending, but there definitely wasn't anymore story left whereas Hated In The Nation's ending means that the girls still have to apprehend this guy.
