What did the moped guy do? (The black guy?)
Wasn't so clear to me what he did wrong to deserve getting messed with like the others.

shareThat's because it's not pointed out. So who knows really. All you know is his family call it perverted and he's married so it could be a whole manner of things

Because she is the CEO of a company, a racist email could cause her to lose her job or get in enough trouble that she would comply with the blackmailers' request. Another poster pointed out that the severity of their transgressions seemed to correspond with the severity of their "punishments".
She had to drop off the car. This facilitated all the following actions of the others, but if I remember correctly her only role was to drop off the car. That's not on the same level as robbing a bank and then fighting to the death.
Which is an interesting starting point to discuss if the judgement of one person that we don't know who he/she is correct or not.
Like putting being racist as a less punishable act as being unfaithful in marriage, and by targeting mostly sexual type of crimes, one can think that "they" could be of a very strong religious background.
I reckon that black guy was gay or something and his homosexuality came out. Black families tend to be a tad bit homophobic hence the 'perverted' comments.
My strength is greater than my weakness
It's not just that he was gay as he was wearing a wedding ring.
I'm guessing he was also a cheat, whether that was with a man who knows
He rode a moped....
Actually, I think they left that a little ambiguous on purpose so people could discuss.
In the end, all of their secrets were exposed any way, so in essence, they all got the same punishment- exposure. And they all probably lost what they were fighting to keep:
Kenny: freedom
Hector and moped guy: family
Woman: job and reputation
Pedo guy: his life
Actually, now that I think about it, they all lost their "life" in some sense...
Maybe not. imo the punishments aren't the same. Some will be able to rebuild their lives..maybe even become better people (Hector and female CEO), or more true to themselves and happier in the long run (moped guy) - although, come to think of it, Hector might lose his freedom too as an accomplice to a robbery. Harder to see the light at the end of the tunnel for Kenny. In a twisted way, the guy who dies got off the easiest. Never had to live with his guilt and assuming he felt some shame for what he did, no longer had to fight that demon.
