The changing movie placard that was above the club mirrored the subject of the ep.

1) The Lost Boys: vampires never die, they never die

2) Scream: Ghostface is never one single character, in the entire series (and in the first movie) he changes characters. Therefore anyone could be Ghostface, and Ghostface can never die

3) The Bourne Identity: Jason is literally implemented with a new life, and anyone can be Jason Bourne

I'm sure it was intentional. I recently listened to an interview with him and he talked about how he and the production team put a lot of detail into the shows. For example, he had specific reasons for picking each of the songs that play in San Junipero, and he was really worried that he wouldn't get clearance to use "Heaven is a Place on Earth." It wouldn't surprise me if he had reasons for choosing those movie posters.
