Which episode from Season 3 stuck with you the most?

Personally, i cant get "Shut up and Dance" out of my head.

Which really surprised me since this season has had so many huge concepts, and Shut up and Dance is relatively low key in comparison. But that may be why i loved it so much, its completely rooted in reality, and that ending was such a blow.

I still dont know what to think of it, but i loved the way it made us see things from the 'perverts' point of view. It reminded me of White Bear, but i actually cared about Kenny. But at the same time, hes not innocent at all so the moral dilemma was really powerful for me.

On one hand, i think he didn't deserve to go through all that, but on the other he IS a pedophile who did look at pictures of kids. But in the age where people on the internet just wish the most cruel of outcomes to criminals, choosing to humanize them made for some really difficult but fascinating television. Its completely relevant and its scary since cyber blackmailing is a very real thing now. That and the fantastic acting and music made it the most memorable of S3 for me!

San Junipero really stuck with me. That was a real heavy ep.

But they were all so good.

Agreed! So glad that the Netflix batch of episodes were just as riveting as the first 2 seasons!

I watched 2 and 3 back to back. I think I need counseling after being so traumatized

Haha damn you should have started from Season 1! Season 2 is particularly gruesome

It's been a week since I binge-watched them all, so a week later seems OK for me to make a judgment on the most impressionable episodes.

I liked Playtest, I dug the ending of Shut Up And Dance (although for the rest of it, I thought the charatcer was dumb and totally deserved the trolling — downloaded the program, complied with an anonymous order, talked to strangers, kept it all from his parents/trusted adults/police — I didn't relate to this kid at all), San Junipero left an impression, and I really liked Hated In The Nation.

The other two didn't make as much as an impression on me, although Nosedive was the first episode of this whole series I saw. I dug the ending of Nosedive. The only thing I liked in Men Against Fire was the therapist (Arquette).

I can dig when technology goes wrong, or when it's abused by hackers/trolls. For this reason, the ending of San Junipero makes me anxious, because even servers are fragile, and it doesn't guarantee their digital data souls to exist forever. Someone could spill coffee on it, probably more likely a power surge or an outage. I would just hope they have mirrors and backups - haha.

I agree and that Shut Up and Dance left the biggest impression. Mostly because it's not futuristic in any way like most of the episodes.

It shows that anyone with anything to lose could lose it over anything they feel shame for (some more earned than others obviously).

This season had 5 crap episodes and the best Black Mirror episode of all time, and we all know which one I'm talking about.

ive liked pretty mich every single episode ive watched so far, the show is great. id have to say though my favorite episode is the entire history of you.

Shup up and Dance was great but maybe I liked San Junipero a bit better. Hard to say.
I thought Nosedive was my least favorite. Somehow it was cringeworthy but the idea is pretty clever and probably pretty close to what reality might be like.

I personally really liked 'Hated in The Nation'.. It plays out like this excellent Crime-Drama with a Sci-Fi twist that just completely had me hooked.. The writer really knows how to write good stories and characters! San Junipero and Playtest, too, were equally good, IMO.. Here's how I'd rank the episodes from Season 3 from Mind-blowing good to good (because, honestly, there are no bad episodes in Black Mirror)
1. Hated in The Nation
2. San Junipero
3. Playtest
4. Nosedive
5. Shut Up and Dance
6. Men Against Fire

Crap, I mean "Shut Up and Dance".. Dang it, I must've been thinking of the song!

Playtest. Just the concept of the software knowing your fears and using them to scare you in a VR that feels completely real is terrifying. And there was humor in it too. Great episode.
