That was confusing to me because it seemed like he was just wacking off to 'regular' porn... because he saw the hot chick on the TV commercial when he was watching with his sister, then went in his room to take care of business.

I think you need to re-watch the episode. They all had some dark secrets (the man Kenny ended up robbing a bank with, for instance, used an escort service), but only Kenny and the man he fought to the death were pedophiles.
It is unclear what the black guy was guilty of - all we know is that it is some sexual perversion he didn't want people to find out about. But considering how few things he was instructed to do, it couldn't have been pedophilia.

I did catch that Bronn (from GoT) was just using an escort service, but for some reason at the end I thought maybe they were trying to say that they were all into kids... but obviously that doesn't make sense.

I agree that you should watch the episode again. I don't mean this to be snarky at all, but if you really watch and pay attention it is pretty obvious that what he was doing was much darker and horrifying than masturbating to regular porn, given how distraught he was at potentially being outed and how willing he was to go along with all the demands. A video of him masturbating would obviously be humiliating, but not as horrific and life-ruining as everyone knowing it was child porn he was getting off to.
There are pretty big hints that it was child porn before it's revealed towards the end that he was in fact looking at children. And if you notice, he is watching the sexy woman on TV but the expression on his face doesn't show much interest, and he ends up getting up and walking to his room to look at what he really wants.
when he said to the other main dude (escort guy/driver) 'it was just a picture or two...' i knew. icky icky.
