I searched for films on google, titled "films that make you think".

This one was in quite a few of the google results.

It's certainly an artsy film. The first 20 minutes were very confusing.

I get the psychic connection between the worms and the sound, and how it brings people together. Healed by the sound guy with pig dna.

That said, I did not like the sound design. Some of the music and high pitched sound was too loud, and could not hear the dialogue. Had to use subtitles.

I absolutely abhor it when animals get mistreated in films. Had to fast forward every time the pig guy did it.

The man and the woman worked well together. Acting was good. However, I think the film tries too hard to achieve it's end result / it's message.

There are better examples out there of bringing men and women together under mysterious circumstances.

One time watch.
