This film is like looking at a weird painting and just following along without trying to make too much sense of it. The main girl is certainly a good and natural beautiful actress and deserves to play in more and other kind of films. The film lacks emotional bonding and that is because it distance itself too much. Im currious to the real budget because 50000 wont even pay the actors.

One of the main characters played by Shane Carrruth is also the director producer cinematographer editor sound mixer/designer and writer so he must have rearmed what the movie made not what's in the budget. I even read somewhere that his mom catered the shooting! He even organized his own press conferences and self distributed the film. He also shot the film in his home town of Dallas Texas. I suggest revisiting the film because I found it to be a really beautiful and profoundly emotional experience. I also suggest reading to the film and listening to some interviews about the film from Shane Carrruth
shareI'm a big fan of quirky indie films, and Primer is one of my favourites - but this was just too weird and I turned it off after 20 minutes.
