Jobs is kind of a noted health freak, which I learned in Walter Isaacson's biography of him.

yes, that is why he died, refused to go to a real doctor for real cancer

Jobs had pancreactic cancer which is almost statistically impossible to beat. I lost my father to it. And how I wish my dad hadn't gone to a "real doctor", gotten chemotherapy, and wasted that last year of his life being sick, slowly poisoned by the chemotherapy, and unable to do anything but be sick.
