Lyrics help with 'Notes' + 'Notes II'

I am attempting to compile the lyrics from this production. I do not have the DVD, just clips downloaded from YouTube, so I do not have the benefit of subtitles. For the most part, I can tweak lines here and there from lyrics that I find online. However, there are some places that don't seem to match up with the lyrics, and I can't understand what the line is. I am hoping someone may be able to help me out.

In the song "Notes"...
Mme. Giry: Miss Daae has returned.
Firmin: ___ our meeting is adjourned. (Can't make out what Firmin says here. The words indicated for this line are "I trust her midnight oil is well and truly burned.")

In the song "Notes II"...
Dear Andre, re my orchestrations:
We need another first bassoon.
____ and that third trombone
Has to go!
(The Website says "Get a player with a tone." However, that doesn't seem to be what Andre is saying here.)

I am wondering what Raoul says in the second "All I Ask of You" reprise (the one that comes after "The Point of No Return"). The Phantom drags Christine with him offstage, and Raoul says, "No! Don't shoot!" Then there are several more lines that he has during this part that I can't make out. It sounds like he says "monsieur" a few times, but other than that I don't know what he is saying until he says, "Madame Giry, come. Monsieur Firmin, come." Then he says something else before Mme. Giry says, "Monsieur le Vicomte! Come with me. I know where they are." After this I can understand the rest of the lines just fine.
