How to fix it in my opinion...Changes that could be avoided

Even though its "impossible" to put the entire anime in a 90 min movie, this movie ended right after Eren's first transformation, so it would be around the 11th episode (i think)

the main story could still be put together in the movie easily:

1: I'm cool with some changes in the begin, but instead of having Mikasa being "eaten", it could had been Eren's mother, with Mikasa, Eren and Arwin inside the house, it would keep the story straight.

2: too many personality changes....just too many...keep them as they we're it would had work...

3: I'm cool with skipping the training part, just show the graduation ceremony...it was awesome...

4: Instead of them raiding the wall to fix it, the battle could had been like in the anime/manga, on the second wall.

5: No guys throwing titans....please...

6: Don't show Levi/Shikishima (or whatever the name) he is supposed to only show up later...people would watch the 2nd movie just to see him (my favorite character)

7: the CGI is understandable, they didn't had the 150+ million budget of the Hollywood action movies, (loved the way the titans we're creepy instead of just comical)
