Is second part even worth watching?

I am not anime fan, but I liked idea of such a movie even if I knew it is gonna be low budget and all that. Still, first one felt crappy, especially the ending. Is it worth watching second part or is it of the same quality and crappy dialogue? I only would like to hear some explanations who are titans and how they appeared. Is it explained in second part?

Ok. I downloaded second part and I think it was worth it. Slightly better that first part even though less titan action. Of course explanation of how titans appeared was idiotic but hey, it's one of those movies :D
