How could the retard brother follow up or even understand his tasks without being caught or tell his brother?
So stupid he was the other player.. Supposedly burning down half the city etc

That was real? I saw that movie, I thought it was bullsh*t

I should think that it would've been easier for the mentally challenged brother to NOT tell his brother actually, because he wouldn't be as emotionally conflicted like a "normal person." It might have been easier for him to just follow orders without over-analyzing them.
