I liked this movie a lot because it shows how our behavior is driven to the acquisition of monetary wealth at any cost including one's own morals, sanity, and desire.

"I Just wanted to buy something that I wanted....I wanted to be a winner."

Yeah well it's hard to be a winner when the owner of Facebook is around and the world's wealth is concentrated in only a few people. That was a great line. They are the functional gods of our planet.

I don't think the main goal was money for the guy -- it was pretty clear his priorities lay within his family: his mentally ill brother, his pregnant wife, and his soon to be homeless father. It's not like he was this well-off dude who was money hungry. He needed the money to help those he loved.
