I don't mean suicide planes. Actual remote piloted weapons like the reaper. Is that something that could be in the foreseeable future or would it be technologically impossible?
It's something I think about with all the personal drones you see people flying around for fun these days.

Not sure what you mean by technologically possible; Reaper is a real military drone, so of course it's technologically possible. Will it happen? No. Considering their level of sophistication, expense, and necessary logistics they're simply not a viable option for terrorists.
But something a bit above the personal drones you mentioned, the kind that can carry a movie camera? (still 1000x less sophisticated and expensive than a Reaper, mind, but 1000X easier to implement) Those are of some concern, but I can't tell you how big.
