sharebut people behind the drone strikes do indeed suffer from PTSD caused by collateral damage that they learn of.
Not only is it a known fact, but the US Dept of VA allows them to file claims for PTSD just like any other soldier.
And there should be a psychological evaluation done for those who apply to the position. To determine whether the job would cause them harm. Instead of just giving the job to 18 year olds fresh out of high school. It's done with other positions within the military.
