Was nobody else bothered by on the nose dialogue and bad screenwriting?

The film felt like if a bunch of kids would like to play a pretend game of this type. The dialogue is stale, on the nose, and oftentimes laughable. Not once did I feel like these are real people talking, just a bunch of lines badly written and read. The screenwriter clearly hasn't done the research, and people who are supposed to have 20-30 years of experience in the military and this type of operations discuss matters like they've just been hired for the job. One of the worst dialogues I've ever seen in a military film.

Pictures of most wanted suspects in the house? If she had a single photo on her phone, she'd be courtmarshaled and put in jail. This is the highest offence. That data is never meant to leave the office. Remember the guy who took a selfie in a submarine and got 20 years in jail? Yeah.

Finally, the insubordination was laughable. The guy who refused to follow orders would be seized on the spot, courtmarshalled and put in jail. I love how some newbie commands the general what to do.

Wow. Stupid, poorly researched movie from a person who totally doesn't understand how military works. Clearly, all the good reviews are from people who are against war and just want to feel how important this movie is for the times without giving it thought on how bad the movie itself really is, as long as the message is the one they wanna hear.
