Can somebody explain to me the whole voting situation they had going on in this episode?
I assumed, they wanted a ballot so they could make extra copies and everybody they knew would have 2 ballots or something.
Instead, they only traded real ballots with their fakes. What was the point of that? They will still only get 1 vote per person. Why not just use the real ballot and vote for the guy they want?
I can only assume that the ballot paper was rigged (they had signatures scribbled on them) and that by taking one from a particular polling station to a different polling station, it would be the cue for corrupted returners to announce the bogus winner. I think!
