They messed the ending a bit up cause
usually they shoot their victims once again even they are already dead. Why didnt do Ciro with Genny so?

I guess just because they were in the middle of a children party and Ciro had to run away as soon as possible..
And maybe because they wanted to shoot a second series :)
He had plenty of time to shoot one in the head. The most reasonable explanation is that he did not want to shoot him again or shoot in the head so Genny could get an open casket funeral.

yep this was soap opera warning, these guys have been putting an extra in the head through the season and all of a sudden not.

So glad I wasn't the only one who got pissed by that, I just finished to watch the bluray of Gomorra and it was fantastic, but I was wondering the same, especially when Ciro is the one who taught Genny how to always finish people by a close gunshot to the head.

I thought it was just a one season series and the story seemed perfect to end there with Ciro the survivor coming out on top. Now it's in soap opera land.
