Good PG-13 horror films

There have been very few good PG-13 horror films ever made. Which ones would you give 3 1/2 or more stars out of five? Me: Arachnophobia, Tremors, The Sixth Sense (is it a horror film?), Signs (horror?), The Others, Cloverfield, Drag Me to Hell, and The Last Exorcism. I know some people like The Ring remake. I think visually it's a well made film, but it's silly and doesn't make much sense.

The Skeleton Key (not necessarily good in the traditional sense, but entertaining and underrated)

Good call with The Others, more people need to see it. It's fantastic!

The Others is spectacular and so is The Sixth Sense. I would include The Ring on that list.
