There was much more suspesne here and it didn't drag as much like the first film. And I gotta say, I *beep* loved the ending. The fact that Nell let herself get taken over and kill basically everyone in the movie was *beep* awesome. The best moment was when she killed the old douche and burnt those bitches alive back at the home. I'm glad they gave it a ballsy ending and didn't give it anything cheesy where the demon goes away or Nell kills herself to save everybody. Perfect ending.

Though I really wish it would've been rated R so we could have actually seen how Nell killed a lot of the people.

I love a good R rated flick myself, but if more carnage than what was shown in this pg13 rated movie had been included, all the innocent scenes of Nell being startled during the Mardi gras festivities would've clashed. I like the way she portrays an innocent school girl throughout the film, being subjected to the perverted nature of everyday peeps.

The ending was worth the slow pace of the film. It made the background grunge metal music seem like anthem rock.
