Director should have directed 'A Nightmare on Elm Street' Remake

Other than Ashley Bell's acting - I have to say even though the movie sucked her acting was awesome I can really see her winning an award one day..

But I did also like the pacing of the film and although the scares lacked the direction was pretty good. The director definitely has that skill in order to capture a 'feeling' in a particular scene.

I wish he directed the remake of ANOES the one scene where Chris wakes Nell up by throwing pebbles at her window, her walking in the back yard, and up to the point where she ran back into her house was well set up and paced. It reminded me of a scene in the original 'Elm Street' movie where Tina went out into her backyard to investigate who was throwing pebbles at her window. It beats the scene where Kris investigates why her dog was outside in the back yard in the remake of 'Nightmare on Elm Street'
