What is the worst sequel you have ever seen? This one definitely ranks up there. What a waste.

Silent Hill: Revelations was absolutely horrible. Makes this look like a masterpiece by comparison.

Silent Hill 2 was really bad but with that at least we were laughing at how bad it was. This movie was useless, even as shlock.

This movie was mostly bad but the parts I liked, I really liked.
a.) The New Orleans apmosphere. b.) The whole dynamic of a person who was controlled all her life getting a taste of freedom, but always looking over her shoulder because the bad guys are following her. I could relate to some extent. c.) The constant temptation to give in to the demon who supposedly "loves" her. Sort of like the evil priest said, it is hard to continually fight a losing battle.

I would also say that there are many worse sequels: any Rocky after Rocky III, 2/3rds of James Bond movies, all Die Hard sequels except for the one about Han's brother getting revenge, all Rambo movies except for I and II, all Terminator movies after II, Lethal Weapon IV, and plenty of others.

Oh, yea. Any Jaws sequel, and nearly all Ammityville sequels. Hellraiser sequels after III, of which there are a shocking number and all horrible. Sometimes they are even failed movies that weren't finshed with the Cenobites edited in. Ugh!

I don't think it is the "Worst" sequel of all time. There are waaaaaaay worse sequels out there.

But it may be the "Dullest" horror sequel ever thou!

Piranha 3DD was easily 10x worse than this and the Piranha remake...that was utterly a joke. I actually liked this movie because it wasn't first person POV style. A movie that actually ended up showing us a gloom and doom ending is always pretty cool because Hollywood usually doesn't do that. I think it's low rating is far off the mark. It's easily a 6-7. I enjoyed it.

Jaws The Revenge is surely a poor movie by anyone's standard. I gets my nomination for worst sequel.

You can't palm off a second-rater on me. You gotta remember I was in the pink!

The Next Karate Kid, Teen Wolf Too, Star Trek V, Dumb & Dumberer, Speed 2, Batman & Robin, Blues Brothers 2000, Weekend at Bernies 2, any Leprechaun movie. All those much worse then this.

This movie wasn't that bad. I liked a good bit of it.

"The Ring 2" may just qualify for worst film ever. There is NOTHING to redeem that film. NOTHING!
Any "Hellraiser" after Part 4
Any of the 'Jaws' films after part 1.

"I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus."
"Didn't he discover America?"
"Penfold, shush."
