The title is fine, everyone!

Please stop saying the title of this doesn't make sense. The first film was about a guys last (final) exorcism. And (spoilers) it did end up being his last exorcism.

It's not like the subtitle to Part II is "Another Exorcism" or anything. It's called Part II. That means the second part of the story. Like "chapter 2." It's not silly or hard to grasp at all.

I'm not defending the movie. It's not good. But please stop pointing out the title as a flaw. Do you really think the filmmakers didn't think about the title to their own movie?

Agreed. While the title does initially sound odd, its NOT.
As you mentioned, the 'last' refers to the last exorcism that the group, in the original film, had PLANNED ON DOING.

"I'd say this cloud is Cumulo Nimbus."
"Didn't he discover America?"
"Penfold, shush."
