Carrie Petition - Chloe Moretz Fans NEEDED!
Hi everybody! If you're not aware about whats going on, allow me to feel you guys in, cause I need help.
Last year, MGM and Screen Gems release their remake of the horror classic, Carrie, starring Chloe Grace Moretz. The movie did fine business, but fans of the original film, as well as fans of the original Stephen King novel were a little disappointed. This was largely due to the fact that the film was very similar to the original movie, and wasn't all that faithful to the novel even thought the filmmakers promised it will be a very faithful adaptation.
Turns out that the filmmakers were at least somewhat true to their words. Fans have now realized that their is a lot of footage that was left on the cutting room floor, not just in the deleted scenes. This footage is said to have a lot of more material from the source novel.
Now, its time for us Carrie fans, horror fans, and Chloe Moretz fans to rally together. There is this online petition going on to be sent to MGM. If we can get 20,000 signatures, we could have a very strong case for getting an extended cut of Carrie released on DVD.
I'm sure we are not the only fans who were ever disappointed by a movie. But with Carrie, us, the fans, as well as the studios, have to power to deliver their promise and make a movie that will be satisfying to everybody who wanted to know the full story of Carrie White.
