Limited? :-(
So this is starting as a limited release? Crap :-/ I guess that's common for indies, now that I think about it, but after seeing the trailer at my local theatre (I live in Northern Virginia) and seeing all the good reviews this has gotten, plus with a rising star like Chloe Moretz where most of her movies have opened big lately, I was really looking forward to seeing it this weekend.
Really gotten into these kind of indie "dramedies" the last few years and this looks like another film this (occasionally) proud "laggie" (kinda the dude equivalent of Keira's character...but hopefully not TOO creepy lol) will be able to relate to and enjoy. Maybe its just me, but its important to have movies about flawed, quirky, awkward, imperfect, very human characters, since I think its important to have characters and movies to relate to, so that's why I like this style so much. Not being pretentious, just being real. Just my .02. So I hope it gets a wider release soon :-) If you're seeing it this weekend, you're lucky...buncha city slickers lol
