Allison's Wedding Colors?
What, she went with all the warm primaries? Weird.
shareOkay, does anybody know the who/what/where about the wedding scene? I've decided I LOVE it!
shareI know the where, because I've been there. The Dale Chihuly glass museum and garden in Seattle, near the Space Needle. The glass sculptures are large and stunning, so it would be a awesome place to host an event, but probably outrageously expensive: http://www.chihulygardenandglass.com/
I think the dress colors and definitely the wedding cake shown were inspired by the vivid colors and shapes of some of the artwork, though the dresses I'm sure were also intended to be kind of unflattering and cheesy. Because the character of that bride seemed to me like the type of woman who would pick out ugly bridesmaids dresses so she could look better by comparison.
I don't know the actual rates, but they're probably short of outrageously expensive, as I believe it's one of the more popular venues in the city for weddings.
One wedding planner's site, though it doesn't quote specific dollar amounts, classifies it as "moderate" (on a scale that runs from inexpensive to affordable to moderate to expensive). Of course - at least compared to other expenses one encounters in life - most wedding would probably be described as outrageously expensive.
Lol. Even the earrings matched the dresses.
shareIt reminded me of a cake that I would see at Goofy's Kitchen, at Disneyland ~
