Love the girl, has serious acting chops.....but. She's again (like Carrie) just too good looking, cool and confident for this part. I don't mean you need to put girls in overalls and glasses for the nerdy, loner girl etc....... but she's just the wrong vide.

Nothing in the movie suggested that Annika was either nerdy nor a loner. She had friends and she went to parties. The only reason she was "alone" at the prom, was that she had a mad crush on one particular guy, who was dancing with someone else.

shareIt is a little hard to buy a girl who looks like her sitting alone at the prom, but she wasn't seriously miscast as far as the whole movies goes. "Carrie" is a completely different story.

chloe is lovely but could she play the cliched hot chick/popular cheerleader with a jock bf.she looks too young and is too short/small. chloe still looks 14.
i'd fall in love with chloe if she smiled at me but my wife would slap me.
