Did they execute the rest of the Legion of Doom?

I know this is DC Comics and they never execute any of their villains (no matter how heinous they are) so I think I know the answer to this question but surely if you had a group that conspired to kill off who knows how much of the entire Earth's population they would deserve the death penalty, right?

I know Savage couldn't be killed so naturally he got the life sentence but the rest of this bunch deserved to be put down.

If Batman would just take his bunch of villains out somewhere and off them his life would be a lot simpler.

Give Bane the gas anyday. He's nothing but a Mexican wrestler spoof anyway. And how did he get attacked by that gator and still have the ability to reach to his buttons and pump himself up? His arms would have been biten off.
