The choice of little use of dialogue (or monologue)

To not have dialogue is the most honest way to tell a story I think, cause of the manipulative character of talking can stand in way of reality. And the film medium has learned to take short cuts by cutting away pauses and um's and people are always on point with what they're saying. It's hard to get away from this without making it seem forced I guess. But if we look away from that it also gets the viewer to he more concise in interpenetrating what's happening. And it gives more room to follow the action. The character's in his own head, and the audience is given the chance to be in theirs. I think it's great. More narrative movies should be without dialogue.
